Purpose of purchasing

SPA Ljubljana sells products, which seeks to obtain additional funding for its operation. 

Do I need to register on web site www.nakupizsrca.si?

Register and login to the Web site www.nakupizsrca.si, is not required, since it is easy to browse and view products for unregistered users. If you choose to buy any of our products registration is required.

Prices  & VAT

All prices are in Euro and do not include VAT, because we are not paying taxes (based on the first paragraphs of Article 94 of Value Added Tax Act-1 were not subject to VAT).

Prices are irrevocable and valid at the time of purchase made on Website www.nakupizsrca.si.

SPA seeks to provide the most accurate and up to date data listed on the Website, however, there may be irregularities in the publication of prices, delivery schedules, descriptions and product features. Since all  eventual changes doesn't  succeed always to enroll per web site contemporary with the changes, the SPA will always inform the customer on any changes, and allow him to recall or replacement of products ordered.

Likewise the SPA will notifies the customer  if occurs the change of price, during the processing of his order. The SPA  will  try use its best efforts to find an appropriate and acceptable solution for both sides. The SPA reserves the right to change prices (and the conceptual and textual changes), without prior notice.

Delivery &Payment

All orders will be dispatch within five working days of receipt of order. In case  that a certain product is not  in stock, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone within three working days of receipt of order and we will try to find possible  solutions.

In  online store  www.nakupizsrca.si is currently possible only  ''cash on delivery''. At this manner, the SPA  determines the total purchase price of the package (in which includes price of ordered products, postage, and an eventual  discount ). A  buyer pays  a courier of GLS for goods and postage   with cash, on take over of package.   If you are not at home  on arrival of a  GLS courier, he will leave a notice or you  will have to arrange, over the phone,  for take-over the package on the agreed day. Please, when ordering,  specify the  address where you are attainable  in the morning.

The cost of packing and packaging covers the  SPA.

Withdrawal from the purchase / order

The buyer reports  all eventual withdrawal from order on address nakupizsrca@dzzz.si within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Period starts to run on the date of receipt of goods.

All accepted and  irrevocable orders (the order may be canceled within one hour after has been done via e-mail nakupizsrca@dzzz.si)  accepted by SPA via the Website or e-mail shall be treated as irrevocable and will be realized.

»The consumer has the right within 14 days of receipt of goods, by written notice, to withdraw from the contract without required to state the reason for its decision. It is considered that the message is timely  if is  delivered within period time. The consumer must, at the latest within 30 days following the report of withdrawal from the order,  return the goods to the company. After receipt of the goods and finding that is intact, the same quantity, same packaging and packing, the  company in accordance with law to recover any payments to a consumer. The only cost incurred by the consumer relative to the cancellation of the order, is the direct cost of returning goods. When returning the goods  the consumer  also sent to the account for goods and personal information and bank account, where he wish for the payment  to return.«

Claims and return of goods

The buyer has the right to return the goods without any indemnity.

The buyer must notify a bidder of intention of returning a goods within 15 days of receipt of the goods in witting via email address: nakupizsrca@dzzz.si  or by registered post.

Time  for the return of goods expires within 30 days after confirmation of receipt of notice of intention of returning the goods. Products that you return must be packed in original packaging, in the original quantity and  with an enclosed bill.

All costs of returning the goods  takes over the buyer. The SPA is not obliged to accept shipments with ransom or shipments which do not suit  general  business conditions . Within fifteen days  from take over the returned goods the SPA will refund the  payment or replace the product.

Non-serious customers

In  case that the buyer doesn't  take over product and  not responds to the phone call or on courier notice of acceptance the delivery in the GLS center(if he is not available at delivery, at address he listed when ordering), in future  this customer can be disable to  buy products online from SPA.

Data protection

All information obtained through the web site www.nakupizsrca.si, will be used exclusively for the needs of business and sending promotional material.

Your personal data, which you enter permanently to database at registration, will not be disclosed to third parties.

We are taking over no responsibility for cases of abuses and irruption in computer system.

In case of haziness in awarding the order, the owner of the web site www.nakupizsrca.si, SPA, reserves the right to contact with the customer through communication media at a distance.

Online Store www.nakupizsrca.si is the exclusive property of the SPA of Ljubljana. We reserve all rights and providing of any information from Web sites within www.nakupizsrca.si, is permitted to only and only with a written approval of the owner, since Website can contain  data  whose copyright is appertain to  third parties. Any violators of copyright law will be prosecuted..

Terms of the purchase will be valid by 02.09.2010

We reserve the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
